Living Doco turns documentation into a working practice: a loop between architecture, delivery, learning, and maintenance.
The main book is for software teams, technical leaders, product people, and documentation-minded engineers who want their docs to describe reality, support decisions, and survive contact with change.
The visual language will centre on a recursive four-loop graphic: observe the system, document the useful truth, refactor the explanation, then return to the work with better shared context.
